Crystal Lighting is an online lighting retailer based in City of Industry, California. We sell decorative and functional lighting for the home, and we ship across the United States.

How We Work

Every fixture is inspected before it leaves us and packed individually with protective inserts, because glass and crystal components are easily damaged in transit. Larger fixtures may ship in more than one box.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 4–7 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days. Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States, and all prices and transactions are in United States Dollars (USD $).

If something arrives damaged or isn’t right for your space, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free and there are no restocking or handling fees. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy set out the full details.

Buying Lighting Online

Choosing a fixture from photographs is harder than choosing one in a showroom, so we list dimensions, weight and bulb requirements on every product page. We recommend checking those against your ceiling height and electrical setup before ordering, and having hardwired fixtures installed by a licensed electrician.
