Payment Processing

Payment is due upon order confirmation, and all payments are processed immediately upon receipt of the order.

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details and your order will be prepared for dispatch, usually within 1–3 business days.

If payment authorisation fails, the order cannot be completed. You can try an alternative payment method or contact us for assistance.

Billing Information

Please ensure your billing information is correct and matches the details of your chosen payment method. Orders with incorrect or incomplete billing information may be delayed or cancelled.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before 3:00 PM Pacific Time on the same business day they are placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it must follow the return process set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, within 7 business days of your return being received and inspected.
